The monthly plans are most common among clients. For monthly plans, you pay a fee upfront for a retainer. For the hourly plans, you pay your invoice at the end of each week.

What education and training do you have?
In addition to having a bachelor's degree, I have several years of customer service experience, one year of in-office administrative experience, and about five years of virtual assistance experience.
What happens if I don't use all the hours on a monthly plan?
All hours must be used up during the specified billing period. Unused hours won't rollover and they cannot be refunded. Should you need to upgrade (or downgrade), this can be done at any time for the next billing period.
